And in fact, as far as I can tell, this is the only forum in the MVCverse that doesn't include at least one forum for BU-related talk about sports other than basketball and football. To be honest, it looks pretty bad.

You could have:
BU basketball forum
BU sports forum
General sports forum
Off-topic/lolpolitics forum

I propose this, as long as we have several suggestions coming in.
Take it or leave it - just want to give my input - if no change made, I'm fine with it - I just don't like having NBA threads along with BU hoops threads. Here are just some thoughts - there are probably issues with this, but can't think of any now:

BU Braves Basketball fan talk
BU Recruits & Recruiting --- Bradley Commitments
Our Braves Now (Current Team, including BU women???)
BU Greats (Former Braves)
Valley Rumbles (about other hoops teams other than BU)
BU Sports - general (non basketball)
NCAA Sports - general
Big League Stew (NBA, MLB, NFL, other)

With this in mind I would really like the political discussions on this board to stop. It is easy to offend people, and there are plenty of other boards on the internet to discuss politics. It would really be a shame to lose a recruit from some of the over-hyped political discussions here.

Despite my SN I do not discuss religion here.

I agree on JL but I would have added could have for SM. On the pizza debate Chicago vs NY style depends on what you are use to and grew up with. I like extra sauce with mushrooms and really do not care which one is served. I do have to say the pizza joints in Chicago are some of the best.

Here are a couple other ideas ....
[*]Create a non-moderated forum. It would be no-holds-barred, where anything goes. We could berate, flame, troll, argue, accuse, rant, rave, and post unsubstantiated opinions... utterly without fear that our posts will be deleted. It could be an "enter at your own risk" type of thing with a virtual sentry at the door, forcing each visitor to acknowledge that he or she is over 18 years old. Just imagine: A place where we could freely and unabashedly express our true thoughts and feelings. Freedom![/LIST]

I have seen such sites, they deteriorate into such idi*otic mudslinging almost instantly -- people calling each other names, mocking & ridiculing any opinion they don't share, obsessing over every tiny word or misspelling -- even expressing frenzy over posts or things that are deleted -- nope -- all those forums do is attract those without Betz cells who consume their lives with disgusting thoughts.
that in no time -- nobody wants to go there -- it sickens anyone but those slinging the mud causing their numbers to drop to only those who love the atmosphere of hating and attacking.

I am extremely thnkful BF's is not like this and I can assure that the hundreds of constant visitors to this site are also so thankful.
