per a couple sources, Andrew Warren is in New York for a scheduled workout with the Knicks
along with Jeremy Hazell (Seton Hall), Chandler Parsons (Florida), Justin Harper (Richmond)
Also, he has at least two more workouts. He said, when he was being interviewed in Indiana, that he had upcoming workouts with the Bulls and the Bucks. Not sure when those are, but there's I posted the link to the video where he said that in another thread. Good Luck AW!
Drew tweets that his workout with the Knicks went VERY WELL
This is going better than expected for him! I believe I underestimated his potential to the next level. Kudos to Drew for keeping his head in the game and working hard even after his last one in a Bradley uniform.
I am hoping he can play at a high level in Europe to start with and maybe some day work his way to the NBA. I can't see him getting drafted. I hope I am wrong and I underestimate him also. He seems like a good guy that I hope is succesful.
Hoping the best for Andrew and I do think he has the ability to make it to the league someday, but just to keep it in perspective the Knicks worked out 61 former college players this week.
Just shows you how a tough a road it is to get to the top and also how slight a margin there is between the players at this level.
