NCAA rules changes

The NCAA approved a couple rule changes yesterday-
An NBA-type no-charge line will be added to the floor under the baskets and the women's 3-point line will be moved back to 20' 9"- the same as men's.

The charge line is a really good addition. I didn't understand how there was an unmarked charge circle last year. That was another stupid NCAA rule.
