I could not agree more!!! Just think if we could land a solid big to bang and add a wing that it is athletic and can shoot and rebound along with TB,WE,JP, now that would be mobility and size and depth down in the blocks we have not had in a long time or maybe never?

Definitely a healthy TB and a solid #4 would give us a lot more than we had last year. I hope that WE does a better job of rebounding next season - not sure if it's a matter of positioning or just lack of desire to get the ball, or maybe just the offensive sets we ran. He should be grabbing 7-8 boards per game.

Here is an article about Larry Nance, Jr. and his reasons for Selecting Wyoming. It mentions Bradley and Coach geno Ford briefly, but apparently Coach Ford got involved a little too late-

Nance Jr. said he had real offers from Central Michigan, Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Ohio, James Madison and Wyoming.
"There were some problems with Ohio because they lost a scholarship," said Rahas. "Of that group, Wyoming seemed the least likely place for Larry because of the distance. ... I do know that [new Bradley Coach] Geno Ford really wanted Larry."

Bradley liked Corbin Thomas, but I heard a couple weeks ago they were no longer recruiting him.

Corbin Thomas signs with Missouri State but this premium recruiting article on Jucojunction says he did not have other offers...but had some interest from Troy, Evansville, and Valpo..
I think he'll do fine in the Valley -- he's strong and a good rebounder

Kinda' was hoping we got this guy. Seems like a banger inside that we probably still need for next season. Guess we'll see first hand if we could have used him or not.
Nonetheless, we definitely have some young athletic freshmen it seems in JC, DH, & ShY. From what I've heard, DS is not the most athletic guy, but a heddy player and finds different ways to score.

Any comparison of ShY to TB in their game that anyone might know about? Not much out there film-wise on Shayok Shayok. Would be nice if he turned into a TB-type baller.

Corbin Thomas will play a little for MSU, but he will not start or be a big contributor, IMO. I'd compare him to a player like Isiah Martin, who just finished his career at Indiana State. An athletic guy who can give some minutes and rebound a little, but not blessed with great offensive skills.

We are now into an NCAA "Dead Period" for recruiting (May 19-27)-

The Dead Period allows for written or telephone contact with recruits, but no in-person contact.
On May 28 it returns to a "Quiet Period" which allows coaches to have in-person contact with recruits on campus. Open Evaluation Period starts July 6.

                      Definitions-

I hear that Bradley is still looking at 2011 kids, and possible transfer options. There could be more visits once the dead period is over on May 28.
