I would be surprised if we stop comparing Geno to Jim until Geno's 2nd or 3rd season is complete. Next year it will come up often with "if only we had an all-star line-up" (instead of project guys). It's too bad we can't all move on, as apparently we have not, and WE WILL NEVER SEE that line-up next season no matter how hard people dream of it to happen.

But I will say that some adamant Les-backers HAVE moved on and are supportive of Coach Ford and praising him for his efforts to this point.

Well I can't, now. There were negatives that go along with the firing. To not acknowledge them is dishonest. Maybe the positives of the hire will FAR outweigh those with time. We have no way of knowing. I support GF and hope he does great.

By the way, I think the firing had little to do with what happened on the court and more to do with the Les/Glasser relationship. If those two got along, in my opinion, he would still be here.

That's fair enough. I still think if Bradley beats is* twice, EIU and SIU at home and wins at Drake JL stays regardless of the relationship. You are probably right that he also stays if he and JG got along better. Of course I also think that if they had a better relationship there would have been more wins. It is much harder to succeed when you have a bad relationship with your boss. You can choose which side you think is at fault. Hopefully both people learn something from the experience.
