When a team plays as bad as an opposing player thinks they are, then bad things will happen, ALWAYS! This had BETTER be a wake-up call for this team, though they are fortunate to still be in it, down just 4 now with under 90 seconds to go in regulation.

Bulls on a 16-1 run to all but wrap this game up! They still need a tongue lashing in the locker room though. I know had they lost it would be a seven game series, but still!

It's official. Bulls win 104-99 after surviving a BIG TIME scare from the Pacers. Boy, Indiana sure threw up a lot of bad shots toward the end, playing like they were 10 down instead of 10 ahead!

Wilbon is not a gambling analyst. Chicago won the game. Chicago had the best record in the NBA, and most NBA analysts are not picking them to win the NBA finals. How do you think they are over-rated?

HERE ARE SOME CAPITAL LETTERS. TAKE ANY THAT YOU NEED.

No, I think it will be a 4 game series tops.

Actually what I meant to say is that a loss would not kill them as each round of the NBA playoffs are a best of 7 game series. So one loss would not be disasterous, but I guarantee there would be PLENTY of very nervous fans, coaches and players had they let this game slip away. That's why it's bad to lose the first game of a series even with lots of opportunities left.

It seems to happen a good amount. The first game is often the best for the road team to steal. Chi came out flat. Hopefully the game will be a good wake-up call.

Pacers had a very good game and hit a lot of tough shots...they should have won but tanked over the the final 3:39
