It probably needs to be cleared through the University's insurance carrier, as well as their doctors.

What's the rush? He either can or he cannot and I hope they take their time and do what is right for Taylor. I'm sure the people who need to know, know and the rest of us have to just wait it out. HIPPA

For all you lawyers out there.
If TB is cleared medically, could not BU have a waiver signed by all reponsible parties, TB's parents etc, that would absolve BU from any subsequent liabilities relating to TB's health issue?

Not so much a rush - most BU fans want the news that he's totally cleared so that our roster is more solidified - not only that, but we know TB's potential. But we have to keep in mind that this is something NOT to be taken lightly, and TB's future health is the primary concern. If we DON'T have him next season, it would be nice to have more time to search for someone to take his spot with an open schollie. I'm hoping this is not the case.
            We want Taylor!!!

The insurance company is going to first say that Taylor Brown doesn't exist.

They will then say that they have no record of Bradley.

Next a letter asking for more information will be sent to Peoria, Indiana.

Finally he will be cleared after Bradley threatens to change insurance companies.

And what is the over/under for the number phone calls that will have been made from Bradley to the insurance company during that sequence of events?

Are we counting when the automated system hangs up on them? Not counting those, 11.5.
