one Chicago source says he'd have 3 years remaining to play at Loyola...
I would doubt that since he spent 2 years at Iowa...and even if he gets a redshirt for last season --
he'd still have to sit out 2011-2012, then his 5-year clock would run out 2 years later -- so he'd only play 2 years for Porter Moser.

He will have the chance to apply for a medical hardship waiver to gain a rare sixth year. Time will tell if he chooses to or not. Knowing the NCAA's odd ability to rule on things, they may even grant him a waiver to be eligible immediately since he moved close to home and was injured last year.
