After reading through this thread again, this is all that we can ask of Geno.
    Nice post AZ!

???It??™s awful hard,??™??™ said Illini freshman guard D.J. Richardson, the former Central High School guard who played prep school ball a few miles from here and fought back tears outside the locker room. ???It??™s a hometown thing. It??™s bragging rights.??™

Besides being absoloutley 110% righteous, it would also be awesome.
If AT is averaging 10 ppg+ and Egolf and Prosser stay healthy we might still be playing at this time next year

Ya I don't know, Nothing against AT, but I'm not seeing where all this love for his on the court play is coming from. Hopefully he will be a nice role player with improvement, but I don't see much of a logical reason to expect huge number jumps and 10+ ppg from him at this point.

Maybe you misunderstood, Im not saying he will lead the team or have a break out season, I just think he will be the most improved in the way of stats all around. That may mean avg 7-10 min a game, 5-6pts and 3-4 reb. anybody that increases that much would be some major improvement.

No I understood. I will gladly take that bet the AT does not have the most improved stats over last season.

I'll take the field in a heartbeat

Someone's stepping up. I'll take that one to the bank. Could be a frosh, could be a vet, hoping it's both.
