    He was excited to meet them, he feels this is a great place in college basketball

    Talked about being AC at Ohio, playing BU in 1999. BU was best traveled and best fans.
    Couldn't believe a school had fans that followed a program.

    Going to be a process driven on taking to do things the right way. Handle our selves in the classroom, the community, the court.

    He wants that the opposing team doesn't want to come off the bus to face our team and our fans.

    Wants to have a team that the student body engages with.

    All linked arms, and walking in the same direction

    Made a joke to boost the barber shop economy in Peoria (he's bald/shaved).

    Promise there won't be a loose ball we don't dive on, won't be a charge we won't take.

    He's still undefeated here at Bradley, at least for the next 6 months.

    Keep people focused on playing their best basketball into March.

    Thanks to his family.

    Workouts start tomorrow. Wishes there was a game this weekend.

    Glad for the large turnout.

          Still can't get WMBD stream. That's how it goes sometimes, I guess. Should probably get back to work anyway.

              hope he does not make the mistake of saying he wants to see NCAA wins and titles for Bradley or the fan base will haunt him forever over that comment...

                        I thought Coach Ford's comments were perfect. He focused his words on the commitement to process and effort. Can't wait for the season to start.

                          Feed is back.


                          Sounds like he's talking about what he talked about with the team last night.

                          Going to be at the top of the league in scoring, likes the game to go fast.

                          When he played, he said he tried to always shoot. If he wasn't open, he wanted to get open.

                          Wants to keep opponent FG% down.

                          He had not been to peoria before last night.

                          Everyone has been great. Players ahve been great

                          He never went thru a coaching change as a player. He had a coach almost leave so he understands the uncertainty.

                          He can tell the team is commited to each other.

                          He said "Illinoise"(...the S is silent!)

                          Talking about recruiting Illinois - has experience in Chicago and Rockford.

                          Big picture, its the players that win. It's his system, but they win. Gotta have the right kids.

                          Wants to get to Chicago. He wants to get kids on campus to just let them see what we have.

                          Wants to tap Peoria better.

                          Talks up fans, facilities, and administration.

                          Recruiting is the lifeblood of college basketball.

                            BU Scout: How to get students in stands?

                            CF: Players wanna play infront of full stands, coaches wanna play in front of full stands, students want the best experience.

                            Want to win everygame, Goals every year to be undefeated.
                            Plans to engage student groups to get them engaged.

                            We need to do our part to continue to build, win, improve the standings.


                            WMBD: What is 1st priority?
                            CF: Looking forward to this since Friday. Glad the search is over. Has tried to speak with all the recruits. Got in touch with some.
                            Wants 1 on 1 with all the players
                            Fill out the staff. Situation at KSU, to get his assoc hc who is the top candidate there, but would like him here
