Would be nice. Lets hope he can quickly make some inroads with Mr. Remy Abell... that to me would be priority #2 (behind getting our team to be united and strong and stay together at BU). Go get 'em, Coach Ford!
Welcome to BU Ford! I liked the fact that he had only three return from the previous year, and still led them to a MAC regular season title and a berth in the NIT with a couple of wins as well.
Plus he's from Ohio, which like Illinois, has a lot of D-I programs. I'm sure he, along with any assistants (if he can bring them on himself), can distinguish Bradley from the rest.

Welcome to BU!
Let's not forget about Sean Harris - remember that Coach Corn once referred to Harris as "the most skilled big man I have ever coached". Of course, that comment came after Harris spent just one season at Yuba before embarking on his Mormon mission. I don't recall his exact stats at Yuba, but I believe he averaged about 14 points and 10 rebounds in his only season at Yuba - we could certainly use that kind of production next year!
Does anybody know his coaching style? Just looking for a little info!
Bradley 72 - Illini 68 Final
???It??™s awful hard,??™??™ said Illini freshman guard D.J. Richardson, the former Central High School guard who played prep school ball a few miles from here and fought back tears outside the locker room. ???It??™s a hometown thing. It??™s bragging rights.??™
We sure could have done worse. In think it also tells a good story that the two time coy at the Mac conference thought the valley and Bradley were significant upgrades from where he came.
Didn't see this thread, but here is what I posted in the other:
No one was more torn up about JL's firing than I was, but seems like we have a nice coach in place to replace him! Welcome to Bradley Geno!
Any chance he can get Sammy to stay since he only verbally committed to Illinois?? Those two recruits would not be bad if they followed him here either, 3-star 89 rated recruit (even though ESPN ratings are not always accurate) looks pretty good. Looks like he could bring a sorely needed 3 point shooter as well. Hopefully DSE, RA, and SH like our new guy!
