does anyone else agree that the asst coaches that come in with the head coach are equally important? I have not seen this mentioned at all and I think it is as important as the head coach, when an interview is done, who comes with them?

I believe the way it factors into the head coaching search is whether or not the HC has complete control of Asst's. Most places they do. Some places they do not...Comment

I believe the asst. jobs are just as important because every good program has great asst"s , When Molinari first arrived he had good asst. coaches and the team did fairly well, after 3 of them moved on the team struggled, same thing with Les in that the team had their best season with C.Buescher as his asst.Originally posted by Samd2 View PostComment
