Oh boy! It all comes down to this! Most likely no double OT here no matter who wins.

Florida comes up with the FTs.
... At the end, of the storm, there's a golden sky. And the sweet silver song of the lark. Walk on, through the wind, walk on, through the rain, though your dreams be tossed, and blown. Walk on, Walk on with hope in your hearts, and you'll never walk alone!

Butler 72-71 going to the line. If he makes em both, looks like there's a return trip!

Yeah, scary! But this was not the same Butler team then that they are now, that's for sure!

While we're on the subject of Hoosiers. Reggie Miller whined that Mack, hacked at the other end (in OT), should have gotten an extra FT, but then Len Elmore told him he was fouled BEFORE the act of shooting.

And this was from, until recently, the NBA's leader in 3's made.

It is hard to seriously say that that was a true shot attempt by Mack when he was fouled about 90 feet from his basket.

Depends on how things shake out. If Mack stays in the Draft, they'd have a spot. So its possible. I think the might look to more of a scoring point guard at the juco level. Id imagine that they could still get chris colvin. butler is the only team on his list that hasnt offered him, that he gets "uncut". if he gets offered, who knows.

If RA plays for Butler next year, then look out! This could be a national title contending team for a LONG time! And even without him they will be dangerous.

Butler is rediculous and I am convinced Brad Stevens is a genius.

                                Hmmm..consider this...

                                Butler built a mediocre - 6-22, 11-17 - program of the early-90's into a perennial 25 game winner.
Butler has won 380 games in the past 15 years....an amazing 25+ per year...

And two guys who built and started this whole tradition of winning are BOTH currently NOT coaching --
Barry Collier and Todd Lickliter -- and I suspect there's a chance BOTH would be interested in coaching again for the kind of $$ Bradley appears to be offering......
Plus the guy who would probably be Butler's next head coach if Brad Stevens got hired away is also sitting on the Butler bench as an assistant and might be interested.
I would love to hear that we are talking to those people.
