My first thought would be Lusk to Mizzou...

Anderson won a national title at Arkansas as an assistant. He knows the area and is well liked in Fayetteville. That being said, he is LOVED in Columbia. I could see him going either way, he has a good thing at Mizzou, but Arkansas is kinda his dream job, since he was an assistant there for so long.

Kinda biased, have a family connection to the Nolan Richardson Arkansas basketball program, which also has a slight Bradley connection in there

But I will say this about Mizzou, I can relate them to Arkansas since there is really only one flagship university in the state to rally around, ie. Illinois has Northwestern and Illinois in the Big 10, Kansas has Kansas and K-State, Kentucky has UK and Louisville, etc. Missouri and Arkansas have Mizzou and U of A and thats it. Its amazing how much those towns rally around a school when its winning.

Hre are some confusing articles and quotes-
Yesterday, Mike Anderson quoted as saying he had no plans to leave Missouri.
"I plan on being at Missouri for a long time, retire here," Anderson told the Columbia Daily Tribune. "I'm happy. I think that's the most important thing. It's always about being happy."
But just a couple hours later, CBS Sports was reporting that the deasl was being finalized.
And some media people in Fayetteville, Arkansas were tweeting that is was a done deal.
However, this Missouri guy thinks it is all premature, and that Anderson prefers to stay at Missouri, but he is using this as a means to get a salary boost.

Mizzou's Mike Anderson isn't exactly worried about being in the middle of a fierce bidding war..
seems I recall the last time Arkansas hired a coach some of the reports of who they landed were a bit premature, as he changed his mind and went back to Omaha
