I just remember that Drake team playing like a machine. Was very fun to watch. Only caught a couple of his games at Providence, so not sure how they were... Nor do I know how well he was able to recruit.

I agree. I know some may not agree but Keno is a total unproven commodity IMO. He essentially took over Daddy's team at the optimal time and road a one season fluke where the stars aligned perfectly. I believe what we see at Providence is the real Keno...... and IMO that was one of the worst hires ever.

Agreed completely. Keno hasn't done much of anything outside of a lucky season with his dad's recruits and lose at providence.

Keno's recruiting at Drake was absolutely pathetic. He brought in several guys who later transfered to non-D1 schools, and those guys didn't even start at those schools. One transfered to an NAIA Division-2 school and couldn't even crack the starting lineup.

Much like Barry Hinson-you don't pay JL 1 Mln to leave, risk a negative reaction from boosters, risk losing players/recruits and trade JL for Keno Davis. That would be insane.

Hearing this was all I needed. I'm already off the keno bus.
