You can go to guidestar.com and look up the salary of the highest 6 paid employees of any non profit institution. They have to file a form 990 with the IRS each year and it is available on request at the institution or you can look it up online. Yes, JG makes over 500,000 per year and has generous benefits. You would be surprized how well some of the non profits pay their top employees in salary and benefits.
