BU sports information director Bobby Parker confirmed Sunday.

    To add,

I want to acknowledge Coach Les' service to Bradley University," Cross
said in a statement. "An alumnus of Bradley, Jim has served as head coach for nearly a decade and is an important figure in Bradley's rich basketball history."

Is there ever a 'good' way to relieve someone of their duties? What should they do, throw a parade? Molinari was given assurance he could play and develop his large class of freshmen and was promptly shown the door after his 20 loss season in 2002. There's no good way to terminate someone.

Agreed. This is going to be a long road back. I thank Jim Les and wish the new coach good luck as well.

With no change, next year would have been great. This long road back is all going to be because of a poor decision at the top.

Time will tell. I believe BU will be better, in the long run, because of this decision. But I understand if people do not see it that way.

Good luck Coach Les...that's all I will say in this thread
Well, I guess that's that. That and the pjstar and BP now confirming it. Definitely a sad day for the program no matter what side of the fence people were on.

ESPN is finally picking up the story and it's showing up on their CBB site. So we're full exposure on it now.

Some people seem to be hiding it pretty well. I refuse to go over and look at the party being thrown over yonder.

You are correct. Which is why I mentioned that not even KW is happy. No BU fan, alum, etc. wants it to get to this point, ever.
