LIU is another team that no one certainly wants to play. 27 wins even in a weak conference is pretty darn good!

Out of the Conference USA, #4 seed 25-9 (10-6) Memphis over #2 seed 25-9 (11-5) UTEP in a 1 point thriller.

This might burst a bubble or 2.

Ahhh yes, the more things change, they more they stay the same!

With all the talk of down years by Gonzaga, Butler and Memphis, here they all are in the tournament again! The only mid-major of note not going back this year is Northern Iowa.

Never count out Hampton in the NCAA Tournament after what they did to Iowa St. as a 15 about a decade ago!

Oh the agony, 25-6 Princeton takes the Ivy League by 1 point over Harvard on a last second jumper. Both teams were goin back and forth the last minute.

Harvard will have to wait another year to get to the Tourney for 1st time in 65 years.

out of the MAC, once again a high #6 seed 23-12 (9-7) Akron beats #1 seed 23-11 (12-4) Kent State by 1 point in an overtime thriller.

The teams got in a little scuffle at mid court as the Akron players trampled over a couple Kent State players as they were rushing the court to celebrate. No punches thrown or anything, just a lot of pushing and tempers flaring.
