I think someone up there looks out for us seasoned citizens. Went to watch the game at a sports bar here in FL, where we usually are able to watch BU games and they weren't able to get a signal. Came back home and started to listen to the audio stream and then it crapped out. A fitting end to a difficult season. They'll bounce back next year and, God willing, we'll be around to cheer them on. Keep the faith.

Closer than I thought it would be. They kept fighting till the end. Depth and size killed us, which we kind of expected losing JP last night on top of not having much behind him to begin with.

A nice valiant effort by our guys...just sad for Dodie and Drew to have it end like that..

I know one thing for sure...I'm not cheering for those dirty punks!

          Our CBI bubble just burst!

But seriously, next year HAS to be better.

But it does affect the arc and length of the players' shots, and how quickly they can react and jump to defend the lobs into the post. It was visible in the late 1st half and 2nd half. Remember WSU has not played in 6 days.

Exactly! This is SO obvious I can't even believe someone with SLB22's great knowledge and common sense would even say that. It's simple -- take two players with equal ability and let the one who is fresh go head to head with the one who has not had a break and it's a no-brainer. One guy will be more explosive than the other.

But in that case B4L, shouldn't guys like Dodie and Drew have been tired foe the last 5-6 games by now with the minutes they've logged?

Look at Weems...sometimes you just don't have it either and when you're playing a superior and deeper team it's a rough go when no only don't you have it but you're overmatched...

yup -- one time Bobby Parker posted a stat on how Bradley had done over the years when they played after having a week or more of rest since the previous game...vs. a team that had not had such a layoff,,,,
It was a couple years ago when BU had a layoff of over a week before the NIT or CBI started...and the record was tremendous - something like 28-4..
                    does anyone else recall that?
