Now I don't want to lose the potential of having SM, DSE, JP, TB, (WE??), JE, WL, SH, DS, RA for next season (quite a few offensive weapons)
I'm all for keeping Coach Les for 1 more season to see what he can do with a healthy bunch (2009-'10 didn't work out with nearly full roster, but maybe he has figured some things out)
I think he's done an outstanding job with this group after the 0-11 start. Only 1 bad half in my mind (vs. UNI) in the last 9 games. That hasn't happened in a few years now. I have a changed perspective now than I had one month ago.

Too bad.
Maybe they show the replay at 12:30 AM (Sat. morning) instead of the #3 vs. #6 game???
I will tape it regardless and check it out early Sat. morning.

Have been a believer in DSE all year even through his struggles. Great to see him break through in the last 9 games. Should be Pre-season Valley 2nd team next year.
This is one guy that I would hate to see go, as he will likely be 1st team before his career ends. I could see a great season with DSE & SM both healthy!
His defense was excellent tonight too, and not really mentioned due to his high offensive output overshadowing that.
I think Braves fans will see the development of Walt next season too, as he has a big upside, though it has been hard to see lately with his erratic play.

My thoughts:
DSE was a stud duck. I saw him challenge several teammates to step up their play - especially against Rice....and they did. Showed good leadership.
He's tough and strong. He's great when he goes to the rim.
Warren started slow, but showed great confidence and got hot in the second half.
Drake is terrible. Van Deest was good last year, but looks like he's injured or something because he didn't look good last night.
Rice went missing in the second half. He needs to take the ball to the rim. He stopped being aggressive - maybe it was defense, but I didn't think BU had anyone who could stay in front of him. His potential is there, but his consistency isn't.
FT shooting was terrible...very poor.
FG shooting wasn't great either, but it was enough.
Quick turnaround against a deep WSU team will be a challenge. DSE needs to repeat his performance and AW needs another big game.

I agree. Dyricus is becoming a premiere player in the League. For all the accolades heaped on Rayvonte Rice, and he is a very good player, and will only get better, DSE is better and showed it last night with his performance. Maybe this is why Bradley didn't try harder to land Rice? I don't know, but I know BU did recruit him. Right now I am sure our coaches are happy with DSE.

Rayvonte and Dyricus are similar players -- both strong and good at many aspects of the game...
Here's what I think -- both need to develop a better outside and midrange shot
DSE is clearly better in traffic, can dribble by defenders and finish at the rim even when being fouled or doubleteamed.
Rayvonte is not a good ball handler and gets to the rim only when he beats defenders.
