The Detroit Pistons have had a miserable season. But now things have gone from bad to worse with Richard Hamilton berating the coach at a practice, being banished to the end of the Pistons' bench, and not playing for the last few weeks. He and several other layers boycotted a practice Friday, were benched for their game Saturday, and were expected to be fined. Incidentally, they won their game Saturday against the Utah Jazz. The Pistons reportedly tried to trade the unhappy Hamilton, but he foiled their attempt by refusing a trade. The Pistons are now stuck with the disgruntled player who is under contract through 2013 and is owed $25 million more over the next 1 1/2 seasons.
