Is MVC-TV a Comcast channel? What channel number? Thanks!
The MVC-TV network is usually picked up by Comcast Sportsnet Chicago, unless pre-empted by the Bulls or Blackhawks.
It looks like it is scheduled to be on Comcast Sportsnet Chicago tonight at 7 pm. That is on Comcast cable channel 56, and High Def is 922 in the Peoria area.
I just have a bad vibe about tonight's game.
It's the kind of game that can propel a team to the next level.
And we've failed at that the last few seasons.
If we play as well as we have lately, we should win.
But the 'Birds are a different team when they play us, and Jank seems to outsmart us.
Hoping Walt & Jordan are the added ingredients that give us a chance to win.

Thanks, Coach! I checked the Bradleyfan website. They said that it was channel 74. Will it be on both 56 and 74?
But more specifically, I can't remember in the last 3 seasons BU playing well for a stretch of 7-8 games. (not necessarily winning, but playing solid)
The next level is A) playing well for longer stretches of the season, B) avoiding bad halves, and C) getting back to beating our biggest rival
Last season's game at Redbird arena was the worst game of the year IMO.
I was feeling pretty bummed after that game. Maybe that's where the bad vibe is coming from.
I'd just like to see us play well in our last 2 Valley games to finish on a strong note.
Thanks...I just snorted my soda out my nose. Not pickin on you I was just thinking about that "next level."
Dogs - don't EVER read my post when you're drinkin' soda! Hope I didn't cause you to make a big mess!
When I went back to read my post, it kinda' gave me a laugh too.
Beating a 3-13 team doesn't exactly put anyone on the "next level", does it?
I think it would give the team a big boost to overtake ISU in the standings for that #9 seed , considering having to "overcome adversity" (a staple now of BU hoops) and after starting out 0-11.

ISU is one team that we do not match up well against because we have no one that has been able to stop Carmichael and Lewis and Austin have also been problems, pretty much every team has limited Carmichael to single digits this season yet he plays like an All American against us.
Carmichael is coming off an ankle sprain. He missed their game Feb. 16 at Creighton, and played only 22 minutes Saturday at Western Michigan, and was not real effective (6 points, 3 rebounds).
Maybe we can hold him under the career high he scored the last time he played us (24 points on Jan. 26).

He had the flu and didn't make the trip for the Creighton game. Could have had some carry over effect for the WMU game. He should have played much better against them in my opinion.
