Probably more truth to that than you think.

And some hold their grudge against Jim personally. Too bad.
      Apparently they were't REAL fans.

I like that idea as long as it's not the Izzo guy who was at Cleveland State...

But how about the 3 guys I mentioned in my BB coaches article?

Gary Waters? He is in line for a BCS type job. He's a great coach.

Wessler lobbed another grenade in his blog today. I gotta believe something happened to tick him off. How do you stay fairly silent through the worst losing streak since the invention of the light bulb, then the team finally gets better, and after one clunker you lay into him. Doesn't make sense. Either he knows something, or he and Les had a clash. Did anything happen in the postgame interview?

I am certain he does not "know something".

The beauty of all this in that a month from now we will probably know the answer to all of this speculation.

I guess if I had to go out on a limb my choice would have been the gentlemen Dayton hired. I know I sound anti Jim sometimes but really I'm not. I just want BU to get back to where we are at least in the hunt for a title every year and I don't see that happening. I think Jim is a great ambassador for the University but that does not make him a good coach, recruiter or developer of talent. I certainly wish it would have worked for JL but the results are proof of the pudding. If we decide to keep JL another year I would have no problem with all the injuries we've had but if we cut bait I'll support whoever we bring in. Glad its not my decision.
I was pro Les when he was hired and no he was not my choice as Gregory was, I also know Wayne, and other then our sweet 16 run I can only wonder how many championships we might have won had he been our choice, I know Jim Les has raised a lot of money and wants to win as bad as the rest of us but after 9 years I wonder if we have turned into the Cubs as wait until next year, we cannot wait forever.

Well said. You cannot wait forever for things to turn around. In my opinion. certainly no bradley fan wanted this kind of seasons.

                        Yeah, just think...

Next year will be SIX years removed from Sweet 16

It will SIXTEEN from a conference championship

And it will be 0 for in Arch Madness (don't kid yourself...we should be content if we see Friday)

Sometimes change is good, both for those exiting and those coming in...
