The color guy on TV said he wouldn't want to play us. So we are still that team I guess.

I know I wouldn't want to play Wichita State.

My prediction, we win a tight one versus Drake on Thursday night then play MSU close in the first half before losing by double digits on Friday.

Hard to say. I think we can be a spoiler. I think it will be very hard to win three games, but we have played well down there at times. I think every team in the league has a chance to get to the championship game.

What we are is exactly what we've been for the overwhelming majority of the Les era...a team that plays mind-numbingly bad basketball for much of year...followed by an unbelievably good stretch of games where "we've finally turned the corner...and have figured it all out...and no one will want to play us in STL"...then we play a mediocre game or two at the end of the year and another up-and-down, inconsistent, uneven year of BU hoops is over....with choruses of "if only...what if...next year..."

I agree with this. I would think WSU has to be the answer to that question.
???People say, ???Forget last year', but I want our guys to remember that one, because that will not happen again. We will be much better.??? Geno Ford, 9/22/12

We're the most dangerous play-in team, if that counts.

..... and I wouldn't want to be playing Centenary in their conference tournament either. That's truly a team nobody wants to play.

I'm still very much a Braves fan, but at this point I've lost all interest in whether other teams want to play us or not. Just trot our guys out there and see what happens. I hope the Braves win. If they don't win ... well, it's just not a big deal to me anymore.

We are still dangerous. But nobody is asking us to be their wingman.

I probably shouldn't even comment but I can't help myself. I thought most of the kool-aid drinkers over the years lived in the Terre Haute area, but you guys in Peoria really must have it spiked with something ????????? Really, the team "nobody wants to play" or the team "everybody wants to play" ?

Who in the league can the Jim Les led Bradley Braves possibly beat on Thursday ?

I have a hard time believing that Wichita State or Missouri State is worried about any of the teams that will emerge from Thursday. Jim Les is 0-2 in play-in games, so getting to Friday will be an accomplishment.

Well frankly no team outside the top two really scares me, so that should tell you how bad we've been...

I feel like we have the talent to compete and beat most teams any given night and we proved that for 90% of the game in Springfield...

That said, I know some will get on me for this, but I feel like we aren't necessarily outcoached on a game by game basis BUT we outcoach ourselves into losses...from the poor technicals to poor substitutions to game planning to in game adjustments...they're all very poor...

Unfortunately we are where we are for a multitude of reasons and whether we win Thu or not doesn't even matter...

We are the car stuck in the snow just spinning it's wheels...

I think it's a true measure of where the program stands when Indiana State fans come to this board and talk sh!t about kool-aid drinkers and who Bradley can't beat.
