I'm sorry, but how can you expect your players to learn from their mistakes when you as the head coach can not?!
Inexcusable!
Normally a late technical could badly hurt the team, but they would have lost this game even without the T. In other words the technical did not hurt the team tonight.
I also like to know if the refs are keying in on him, or if he really said something that was offensive. I don't think Les rags on the refs anymore than any other Valley coach does. But then again you can't hear what is said on tv or radio. But I always give Les the benefit of the doubt until I hear all sides of the story, so to speak.

Oh, I have no doubt that the refs are keying on Les. But he needs to know where the line is and not continually cross it at key moments.
I'm not the best lip reader, but when they showed the replay on TV, it looked like Les screamed across the court at the ref that the call was bull****.
UNI is next to impossible to beat when they shoot 3's like that. It was amazing we led for that long the way they were shooting. They had been 10-0 in games that they made at least 8 3's in...they made 15 tonight. UNI is vulnerable when they shoot poorly from outside, and had they shot poorly out there tonight, this game would have been over by halftime.

Well if that was the case then he shouldn't have said that. Not every cuss word uttered by a coach will be T'd, but since the odds are high that a ref will call a T, it's better not to chance it by swearing at the ref.
I know Les is as frustrated as anyone else by how this season turned out, but staying calm is probably the best way to go about things right now. There's not much we can do to turn things around, so we may as well have a little fun trying to get better to set up a hopefully good season next year.
Well, even if he didn't already do this several times. Are you really going to tell me he thinks he can see a call at the other end of the court better than the ref? It was unfortunate because he was trying hard, but it was almost all arm. It was a foul and our coach still hasn't figured out his job.
We outplayed them easily the first 30 minutes...the 3's were the only thing that let them stay close. Once UNI caught us, it looked like we had a couple possessions in a row where we kinda panicked. That allowed them to get the lead, and clinch it at the line. We were the better team by far the first 30 minutes.
