  • Big Ten for the basement

Iowa at Indiana...and again -- have to listen to about a million references to how Indiana is playing without a couple of their players...
but never even the tiniest mention of the obvious fact that Iowa has lost probably more players over the past year or two than every Big Ten team combined...
and that already this season, they have lost their starting point guard (Cully Payne) and backup center (Cougill) and also have other injuries....

    Anyway --
Iowa wins 64-63 in a pretty exciting game -- Matt Roth barely played & missed both his shots. Does he know he's getting the shaft when walk ons Daniel Moore & Jeff Howard play almost as much as he does?

It's quite comical to me that Indiana can beat Michigan, Illinois and Minnesota at home... but then lose at home to Iowa.

Thats a game I wish both teams would lose. Unfortunatly not possible, one of those losers have to win.
