  • What is it going to take to win on Friday?

I only watched Kansas play twice this year and they looked terrible. Does anyone have any scouting reports on them? Thay are young and have improved during the year obviously.

I believe we will need to play great D in their face and rattle them early and play 40 minutes of ball. We can win this one. Let's just win the next one!

Kansas did look horrible at the start of the season but they were very young. They have learned a lot and beat Texas today. They have a lot and I mean a lot of raw talent if they get hot and in a flow they can beat anyone.
That being said they are also very very young. Bradley needs to play the type of D they played in the late run through the MVC regular season and tourney. They need to get in their grills early and bother them.
    Brebeuf 15-6
    We lost in the semis.
Good luck at Bradley Andrew, its been a pleasure.

One loss in two months is impressive.

Bradley needs to hit three point shots. If they don't hit one in the first half like the games in St. Louis, this game will be over quick.

We thought we were NIT bound about 8wks ago....make no mistake about our "young Jayhawks" are a very dangerous team! But however we've been known to waste away big leads as well. This is not the same team who was the pre-season fav to win it all and lost to Bucknell.

I think we need the good Cellus on the floor. If he, Ruffin, and O'Bryant all have good games, then there's a chance we could win.

POB and foul trouble. Stay out of it.

Our run in the 2nd half of the year happened because POB stopped getting in foul trouble. He didn't against WSU and Creigton in the tourney, and did against SIU.

                Coincidence? Nope.

It's going to take nothing short of a miracle, but this is why they play the games.

Seriously though, to stay in this we're going to have to limit them to one shot, and be able to keep POB on the floor as much as possible. But most importantly, we MUST play without fear. I feel like the 2nd half against SIU, we got hit in the mouth and didn't respond. We can't do that again. This is the big time, and this is one of the top 5 programs in the history of college basketball. We must be at our best to have a chance. That being said, I am glad we have the chance.
