I think everyone here would agree that we want a winning program. But do you believe the loss tonight was due to the coaching?

Yes I do and I'll tell you why. In the first half we held a 23-9 lead, right there we should have put a foot to their throat and just ran away with it. But no at halftime we were up 5. And then we make adjustments and get up 12 in the 2nd half. And then we were losing with .5 seconds left needing WE to make free throws. Somewhere in there the coach needs to find a way to keep these collapses from happening. Sure the reffing sucked, it does almost every night. But the coach needs to have some control and find a game plan to keep collapses like that from happening.

Les can't shoot FTs for the team. At some point the players have to perform. It's not like Les instructed them to miss.

And before some genius goes there - you don't recruit players based on their ability to make free throws.

At the end of the day, it's a loss against a rival in a game we controlled for 39 minutes. That just plain old sucks no matter how good or bad you are.

Apparently we don't recruit many who can make any kind of shots. Seriuosly, how many guys do we have that you feel confident to have taking big shots? I can only think of 1. And that is why we are 0-10.

I think that this situation in its entirety is because of the coach. And yes, blowing the leads we did tonight I blame on him. This is 2 years in a row now that his teams can't hold double digit leads. We did it last year with basically the same roster.

+1,+1... This has happened to us too many times. I had forgotten about last season, the games we had good leads and should of won and ended up losing and that was with both SM and TB.

I don't deny the refs were awful and that it was a foul on warren at the end, but come one, give it up already, we were up 8 with 2 min to go in regulation, how did it happen that we were shooting free throw just to make it in OT!!!!! And honestly you really shouldn't have called that foul. I know you will defend him to the end, but when do you defend your own school and have some pride and say we deserve better than this in every way.

I guess you are entitled to an opinion....but why do you have to be-little the players? I think we have some fine players that represent BU well...
