Everyone knows that many of the recent NCAA decisions have left people wondering about NCAA bias...and some have spoken out about their clear favoritism...
....especially when smaller schools are routinely and immediately hammered for minor offenses, and yet the big boys tend to get endless reprieves, delays, and minimal punishment...
when Can Newton was let off scott-free because it wasn't him but his dad who cheated, and when the Ohio State guys got no penalties at all and were allowed to play when they cheated because "they didn't fully understand the rules they were shredding"...
..then people have begun to wonder out loud about this obvious bias and differece in how schools are treated.
Well....NCAA first issued a pre-emptive explanation telling everyone to shut up and stop complaining and that their rulings are always fair...
but now they've gone one step further...they have closed down the method by which people can respond with opinions to their decisions...
So -- no more unsolicited opinions and posts.......
apparently they were getting so many people slamming them for the unfairness of their illogical decisions, that they really don't want to hear about it any more!
BTW -- did you know -- that not one single sanction or penalty that NCAA gave to USC has kicked in yet and USC is still in the process of appealing?
They have their appeal hearing this Saturday, and watch for NCAA to quietly drop many of the penalties...
