None of the mothership channels are tier. I have my doubts that this channel will be an a al carte. I dont think ESPN thinks that way. They want maximum exposure.

The eyes of Texas are upon them, all the live long day.... hehehe I am ANGRY that this might bring about the end of the Big 12!! I rather enjoy the Big 12 and it's a welcome change to the SEC A&M, Texas, Oklahoma, and Oklahoma State should always be in the same conference! What will happen to the Red River Rivalry? Hopefully the Big 12 can be saved somehow, but if they can't fill that 11th and 12th spots, there will be trouble.... BOOMER SOONER!
... At the end, of the storm, there's a golden sky. And the sweet silver song of the lark. Walk on, through the wind, walk on, through the rain, though your dreams be tossed, and blown. Walk on, Walk on with hope in your hearts, and you'll never walk alone!
I'm behind you 100% Bradley Braves, You'll Never Walk Alone! BEAT STATE!
