I requested my money back! I tried to get the stream 1/2 way through the 2nd 1/2 and instead of the screen saying Playing it said Closed!
Tired of this poor quality of a paid service. The service did not deliver on what I paid for so I want my money back, PERIOD! Also there was no reason why the MSU stream was so lousy. They have state of the art equipment down there. I also complained about that and did not receive an answer. Who do we need to contact at BU? Does the AD know about this? If so and nothing is done I'll question his resolve for quality. Quality starts at the top and transpire throughout the organization all the way to the ushers of games.
