  • Program crumbling right before our eyes...

Anyone care. If there was 6000 tonite I'd be surprised. I show up and my three rows of friends...all stayed home.

It looked as though half the band stayed away......

The comments from the crowd....the looks on everyones face when the fancam shows them. One guy was ASLEEP.....I lost it.

    Wow....what happened to Bradley Basketball?

I thought the defense was good.

      Poor coaching, recruiting, and offense...

      Plus that whole losing thing...

He's ruining the BU brand (at least on the court)

        NO NO NO!

        That's blasphemy!

        Haven't you heard?

        We didn't play enough defense!

Before this year, there was a floor to Les's program. While we weren't getting the peaks we wanted, he had a floor set at middle-of-the-conference and at some form of a winning overall record.

He's lost the floor. This is officially a major problem.

As I said in the other thread, their defense is not the problem. I don't care how bad our record might be next year, I just want someone in here who can teach these players how to make simple layups and rebound. Oh, and while we're at it, how about not traveling or throwing the ball away either.

My point is those are areas that can be fixed even when a team's best players are injured. Maybe not to the point of the team contending, but at least to the point where we should win the majority of our home games and finish around .500. Right now I would be more than happy to finish where we did last year. But something is off with this team this year, and it starts at the top with Les, irregardless of how good or bad he may have coached/recruited in the past.

              Yes, and his responsibility too.

In other news, looks like ISU is nipping at KU's heels.

Can the Hilton Magic works its wonders against the Beakers?

Over/under attendance for ISU pillow fight at Carver?

                Under.

I know I was trying to send my sarcasm to new levels...

Bobby Knight anyone? At least he knows what a fundamental is...

For a year or two the win/loss record would certainly dramatically improve.

For the long term stability of the program....probably not!

And while we're at it, how good is Pat Knight doing at Texas Tech? Not good enough for me!

Expectations for the rest of the year: sweep Illinois St.

That's all. Officially discarding every other goal.

this is an unprecedented disaster! Jim has lost the team. theyd be better off street ballin it at this point...they have no offense at all when warren doesnt go off. Another national tv embarrassment coming up Sunday. When will it end? JL supporters are runnin for the hills!

My brother and I were discussing this question at half time of tonights game. I think the over / under of ACTUAL PEOPLE in the arena should be set at about 8200. It may not even reach that. Pitiful.

Oh God, national TV. This was the year we finally broke through and got 4 ESPN games. Well, this'll set us back a couple years on that front.

Les is smart. He's cashing in all of the positive equity he's built up in this community.
