It's on channelsurfing.net right now.... except for some reason it's listed as "Indiana State at Bradley A&M-Corpus Christi... So now in addition to Illinois and Indiana, Bradley is also located in Texas.

I watched it last night and it was fine. I watched through the MVC site - which uses the stream shared by BU.
I'm not saying that every game is perfect (I think the provider's player interface lags streams on occasion) because things happen sometimes.
From what I saw last night, BU's stream was fine in small and large screen. It wasn't pixelated and didn't have any hesitations in its stream.
I know people don't like to hear this, but most issues with video streaming are on the user end.

Are we certain its the same stream? I thought the game was broadcast in Indiana on TV (although there were no localized commercials). So it may be possible that someone else rebroadcast a satellite feed.
And although there may be some user issues, most complainers have incredible results with other streaming services like the Horizon League and ESPN3..
It seems as a minimum that the BU.tv broadcasts must only be optimized for a perfect home setup vs other providers that are optimized for the typical user.. (More processor intensive codecs, less built in forward error correction so a stream is more susceptible to freezes...?)

To your other point - there may have been local TV in Terre Haute that was re-streamed on CS, I'm not sure since I didn't see the CS stream.
I was speaking specifically about the web-only stream that BU originates. When that shows up on CS, it's the same thing as Btv - through a different interface.
My apologies for not being clear about that.
To be fair though, ESPN3 and the Horizon League are different animals.
ESPN3 isn't originated from the arenas and aren't restricted by arena limitations.
The Horizon League does not produce television games like the MVC does and dumps all of its money into that. In fact, this year they combined the HL website and the HLN sites into one. It's a great product, but it's not likely to happen in the MVC for a variety of reasons, unless viewpoints change about certain things.
