Ugh...that was tough to watch. It's not like ISU played good shooting less than 40% and 15 turnovers...but when you miss a big layup(s) and some ft's you can just tell the kids are really feeling the heat and tensing up.
It almost seems they start expecting things to go wrong.

I don't say much about the refs but these guys made some very unusual calls both ways tonight

I don't know if AT would have made a difference...but maybe he might have. Does anyone know why he didn't play, I know he had two T's the last game but thought I read in another thread that he wasn't suspended for this game. Was it a decision by coach not to play him?

They probably beat Drake, Evansville and ISU red at home, and have a shot at Evansville and ISU. They could also beat an underachieving UNI at home too. Maybe they even surprise SIU at their place. But those are the only winnable games left on the schedule, unless they upset a CU somewhere. And even then, I don't think they win all of these games, maybe 4 or 5, IF they're lucky.

You're very confident or are an eternal optimist because I'm not sure I see them winning 3 of those at this point...

Can someone, anyone, explain to me why JP only played 21 minutes? He had nice stats and only 1 foul!
              Bradley 72 - Illini 68 Final

???It??™s awful hard,??™??™ said Illini freshman guard D.J. Richardson, the former Central High School guard who played prep school ball a few miles from here and fought back tears outside the locker room. ???It??™s a hometown thing. It??™s bragging rights.??™

I am thinking that he gets lost when he hits the bench....with the huge bench we have it seems like they forget he is there...there have been other games where he sits for extended periods...SMH
