  • Convince me

I have been a fan of Bradley basketball for a long time, but I do not see any reason to go to another game this year. This team is one of the worst in recent memory. The players seem to be playing hard, but the games are really hard to watch.

Why should I keep watching this year? I don't mean this as an insult to the team. I really want someone to convince me to spend time watching and caring about this team. Next year isn't a reason to watch now.
I can do all things through pasta, which strengthens me.

    Beer.....

Seriously.....no one can "convince" another to go watch BU hoops. Its up to you. If it isn't worth it to you stay home. Its pretty simple.

I'm as frustrated as the next guy and will voice my frustration but when the ball is up in the air I'm there for better or worse rooting the guys on.

See SLU's program right now. Not saying we should keep everything as is, but that is what happens when a new coach comes in and cleans house. There's a lot of talent on this team that isn't being taken to it's fullest potential.

To watch Wilkins finally play in Carver, wearing his home whites.

Trust me, being an alum of both schools, SLU is nothing to write home about either, and I consider their situation worse in a sense because heck, we have a NEW building to play in and we've gotten worse, not better...

If you truly need that to happen, then you probably shouldn't.

Agreed! It is like getting married - you should not have to be convinced. In fact, you should defy being talked out of it! Me...I am there through thick n' thin.

Well my only reason for going is so my dad has someone to go to the games with. I have to say I get too frustrated watching. I did have to draw the line on New Years Day. My answer was "Who in the world would go to the Bradley game on New Years with all the bowls to watch"

My thoughts exactly BU Firsty. Believe me, if I had a choice or chance I'd be there every game.
