Is also in the cross roads with me. I do not mind paying for the stream but it better work and it seems that there is a different problem every game. Last night the stream just shut down! I wrote th the support but I expect another flippant response as always. Who is in charge of this service at BU?

I will consider it twice before purchasing it again next year, especially since other are getting the stream by other means. I know of a few folks who did not purchase the package due to the past years of ineptitude and I may just follow suit.

I contacted Bobby Parker in regards to the system. He isn't real consistent about getting back to you via email, but he did get the Eastern game up when it wasn't archived.

And what about the supposed coverage on ESPN3 last night? I had that game marked down since the beginning of the season. It was on the ESPN schedule as being on ESPN3 for the longest time.
Of course, nothing. At least CS.net brought the game in with 8+ min. in the 1st half. The streaming was EXCELLENT...while it lasted.

BP has been responsive so I do not want to knock him down but what they need to do is find someone who has an understanding of technology and put them in charge and make their job dependent on a quality service. I'd also put someone in charge of the business aspect to see if this service could be a revenue generation type of service. Right now I bet the service is breaking even at best so there is very little management buy in. Add some resources, increase the quality, cut off any illegal streams put some marketing around it and I bet it could generate revenue directly and indirectly. It would not take much more effort I bet. It just does not bode well for BU's brand to put up an inferior product when they could do much better. The Horizon League has been putting up a much better product for the last 3 years. Their product 3 years ago is better then what we have now. UNACCEPTABLE!
