Naptown and family have been to every game, including the ones in Massachusetts and Durham. In fact, they haven't missed more than a couple games in the last 5 seasons. What a great family!

Good win tonight. Was good to be at my first game in awhile after being away at school.

My thoughts: Warren was good, although he did disappear for a little bit in the 2nd half. Good effort on both sides of the ball tonight.

Dodie really picked it up and played very well.

AT got to play against his twin and played very well. Did anyone else find it funny that #20 looked EXACTLY like AT and played a little like him as well?

McCollum or whatever his name is is going to be a good player for Detroit. If he had a little better of a supporting cast this would be a very good basketball team.

All in all, good game for the braves.

On another note, I really wish they would use the noise meter when it really mattered, not in the middle of a media timeout when everyone just sits back down and waits the rest of the 45 seconds or whatever was left in the media timeout. When they first put the thing up there it actually got loud, but then they took it down while the timeout was still going and it got quiet again. Just my 2 cents.

I thought this was as close to a complete game that we've played so far this season. Still need to cut down on some of the silly fouls we seem to committ but our defense was pretty solid for the most part. The last 2 games we have certainly done a better job of executing our offense as we've shot the ball very well. Let's take this momentum from the last 2 games on the road to ISU Blue and get us a road Valley win.

My oh my what a difference two wins makes on the future outlook of the season.............

Play hard and smart and get contributions from JE, AT, and Egolf staying on the court more than 20 minutes and there's hope for respectability. Maybe more?

A weak Valley and anything can happen. Great win!!!!!

Obvious to me how much a difference coach Platt has made with our bigs offensively and our defense has been better, Will quit fouling 25ft. away from the basket as we need you in the game, you could ave. 12 to 15 a game if you could get 30 min. instead of 20 or so, Dodie has done a great job running the point, Jake and Jordan are contributing every game now. Walter makes things happen and Andrew just keeps putting up big numbers even though he is a marked man, he took a beating trying to get open tonight and could have shot 10 to 14 free throws had the refs called Detroit for all the grabbing and holding they did to A.W., nice team win and hoping we continue to play with confidence when we travel to Ind.St., Merry Christmas to everyone and hoping for more Braves wins.

Platt has definitely made our bigs better. I got to the game extra early and he was out there working with the bigs on defensive moves. So I will vouch that he's doing a good job with them.

I have seen the same thing before the games, he seems to be a good teacher of the game as our players are getting better, if they can continue to improve this team can compete with most of the Valley teams.
Congratulations to the players for working hard to make this happen as it would have been really easy to throw in the towel because of the loss of 2 of our top 3 players, you are starting to look really good as a team.

Congrats on the win. DD is as good as it comes when going to the rim and using his left hand.

Only 9 TO's, even on the boards, solid contributions from Thompson and Prosser, Eastman again makes a difference healthy. Holman is a freaking load and I thought we did a nice job on keeping him from establishing position on the block.

DD is not an ideal 1 but man he is a load for most other teams 1's, he isnt real quick but he gets by guys with that left hand.

                    Good solid win.

Free wings for everyone in attendance I believe.

Great overall win with good contribution from Thompson, Prosser, and Eastman. Prosser continues to impress me with how smart he plays down low like when he was very patient after catching the ball deep below the basket and waiting for the prime opportunity to go up with the ball.

Love how Thompson alters shots and gets blocks consistently now. Haven't seen that in a while.

Warren and Dodie are impressive as our senior leaders. I just feel confident with them on the court now. Warren's been scoring a lot, but it hasn't felt like he's been forcing too much where it's a detriment to the team. And Dodie seems to do way more for us as a PG than when he was just a SG.

I'm glad to see Dyricus back. Here's hoping he can get out of his sophomore slump now that he's not having to take primary PG duties. Some of his passes were off last night. We'll probably not do it because we need DSE to continue to develop, but I feel better with Walt Lemon handling the ball than DSE. I even think Eastman's a better passer, though probably not a better ball handler, than DSE.

I've also seen Platt really in kids faces during timeouts "effectively making his point." Another positive.

I maybe wrong, but did anyone see the dark haired ref, who I believe is "say it ain't so, Bo" Boroski, threaten to kick out that superfan guy in the front row?

I saw the ref talking to the fan, but they both appeared to have smiles on their faces. It appeared to be a more friendly conversation. Did you hear him threaten to kick him out?

No. I saw the ref give him the thumb sign, and the fan kept saying it wasn't me (reading lips and body language). That guy talks to the refs the whole game so we may be talking about different conversations. No one was smiling in mine. Probably 5 minutes left in the game. Right around the "bench warning" time.
