Bears-Vikings game to be moved to Atlanta?

Before, I would have loved to see an outdoor game in Minnesota, but after hearing how many injuries could happen because of a concrete playing surface, I think it should be moved to St. Louis or Indianapolis. Seriously NFL, you have to look out for your players. Fortunately, the players association is still monitoring the situation and will hopefully be able to stop this madness! Sure the Vikes don't have playoff chances, but the Bears are almost certainly going, it would be unfair to hinder them by stacking up injuries on an un-safe playing surface.... At the end, of the storm, there's a golden sky. And the sweet silver song of the lark. Walk on, through the wind, walk on, through the rain, though your dreams be tossed, and blown. Walk on, Walk on with hope in your hearts, and you'll never walk alone!
I'm behind you 100% Bradley Braves, You'll Never Walk Alone! BEAT STATE!

I believe 'America's Team'. Is a yearly marketing designation based on merchandising sales. In the grand scheme of things, it is overused.
I grew up around Chicago and had a Seahawks fan as a friend. He proudly pointed out the year they were 'Americas Team'....

It looks like the NFL is settled on playing the game in TCF Bank Stadium, though there is still a lot of work to do to get the field and stadium ready.
Some details about how the ticket situation will be handled, and to some fans' dismay, there will be no alcohol allowed at the game.
http://www.chicagobreakingsports.com/2010/12/vikings-set-ticket-policy-logistics-for-bears-game.htmlOne hundred years provides more than several lifetimes full of highlights, some lowlights, and many memories. Here’s a look at 100 years of the Western Golf Association and the Western Open. …
This is the Vikings last home game for this season, so the team won't lose any more home games.
Work on the Metrodome roof was stopped yesterday because more tears were occurring, and the conditions were unsafe to work on the roof.
The NFL said it's moving forward with plans to play Monday night's Bears-Vikings game at the University of Minnesota as another roof panel fell at the Metrodome.

As a Packer fan, I have no problem tipping my hat to the Bears. They have proven to be the better team this year, in the division. I am most impressed with Cutler, he has shown he is the smarter qb in the division, at the very least he knows how to slide! The ironic thing for Packer fans is that we find ourselves hoping for Favre to play, might give us a chance still!!!Some see a hopeless end, while others see an endless hope.

The Bears are the worst of all potential playoff teams not in the western divisions.
-They are 1-2 against teams currently slated as "in" the playoffs. Those two losses were drubbings.
-They have almost the weakest schedule in the league.
-They have no major injury to a starter.
-They lost both games to the Detroit Lions, save for some terrible game-changing calls by the officials.
-Their "+/-" in points is a joke for a team 5 games over .500.
All that said, the Bears will lose their first playoff game, assuming they do end up winning the division.
take it to the bank. Why is it that since the end of the 2006 season it's been a coin toss to know which team will show up?

You may want to take a closer look at Tampa Bay and let us know what they've done that's so deserving to make the playoffs over the Bears. TB is not in a western division...
Look at the J-E-T-S too...better wait until after they play the Bears before deciding which one of those two are most worthy...
