What do you mean that JP wasn't any good last year? He hasn't been very good this year. He has been able to rabound a little this year but he can't score and his defense isn't very good either. But he his young and I think he will be fine but I don't think he will be a star.

Watching A.D. warm up before games he appears to have better offensive skills then J.P. and A.T; heard he is fighting an injury issue and they have not made any announcement as to a red-shirt, if he stays here 4 years or 5 he will be a good players for us, just an observation from me in that I only have seen him play in the red-white and warm up but I like what I have seen at this point.

I'm sorry bu fan but I must disagree with you on Prosser. I have been impressed with both his defense and rebounding at this point (especially for a freshman with 4 years left). I also have been fairly impressed with his offensive moves and think that he will be a contributor on the offensive end was he settles down and gets comfortable with the speed and physicality of the college game.

Prosser may not become a star for BU before he's done, but I think he can mature and develop into a player at least of the level of O'Rear at UNI and maybe even become a Randall Falkner-type player before he's done.

Imo they are similar players but I give the edge to Prosser because he is stronger, thicker, and taller. In looking at both of them it also appears that he has a longer reach and runs the court better but no way to prove that. Big edge to Max in the post up game and he has more shooting range. I think that is due to the competition Notre Dame plays compared to what Eureka does. Max has been challenged much more in h.s.

Seeing that Max has these offers from Wright State and Ball State.....How far is Bradley currently from these 2 programs?

[QUOTE=romar;204260I'm positive that JL has thoroughly scouted Max based on how he has been with all the local talent[/QUOTE]

Also helps that JL's Kid played with Bielfeldt for 3 years....

              My thoughts exactly!

That's right our normal big man recruit has schools like WIU and Army after them so why not get a local project.

if we are talking a true "big" then I would rather have a project who is 7 foot tall then someone who is 6'7 with shoes on. Again none of the larger schools are after the Max!

I think Max will be successful wherever he goes because of his work ethic...those who say he is lower mid-major are wrong..
Just to give an idea of how bad wrong some of the prognosticators can be...
just less than a year ago -- some were saying Illinois had to go hard after James Siakam, and that Siakam was an immediate impact player.

What really happened -- Siakam went to Vanderbilt over offers from Illinois and SIU, he can't even crack the lineup and is almost certainly going to redshirt this year.
He might still be very good, but he's definitely not an instant impact...
Those same people said Kyle Rowley was also a lock as a star at Northwestern..

That is correct. Notre Dame had their center, Blumenshine, guarding Egwu. This is the same guy who guarded DStewart the 1st quarter when they played last week. Heard a couple rumors this weekend that ISU is now "looking" at Blumenshine. Probably just some kids starting something.
