Ugggh! Wanna bet that there is a "Lowery Hot Seat" thread or two going on at their message board?

The attendance at WKU was only 3,491, by far their lowest home attendance this season (their last home game drew 6,012). WKU is a program with a lot of history, and success, and appears to be on the rise. This is appears to be more evidence of how hard it is to draw these days.

Lock of the night is Western over Eastern. Storyline: Mo takes down the Eastern Bradley-Killers as all the schadenfreudes that wanted Mo to stay and all the anti-Les fans go bonkers. Mayhem and meltdown on BradleyFans.com creates board to crash.

wow -- SIU scores in the 40's and all their senior and experienced players like Fay, Crowder, and Bocot are getting less playing time and Bocot in particular is doing nothing..
I guess Chris Lowery is sending a message to his players...
"if I recruit you and you dare stay 'til you are a senior, then you will sit the bench behind my nephew and other freshmen.."

Kentucky also pulls away from Indiana and wins 81-62..
Matt Roth got to play THE FINAL TWO MINUTES of garbage time and hacked twice to pick up a couple fouls and missed a shot..

Valley about to have a decent but unspectacular 4-2 day, but the one game the Valley needed, Missouri St on the road at Oklahoma St, isn't going to happen. The entire league is very quickly running out of signature win chances.

do you watch siu games before you make your claims. Bocot played 22 minutes today Fay played 30 second most on the team. Bocot in his 22 minutes score 2 points why should he play more? at least lowery's cousin is doing something on the floor which is alot more than bocot at the momment

So I guess he was right and Lowery was sending a message to Bocot? He hasn't started the last 2 games (after being a starter for the last 1 1/2 years) and his playing time has been way down the last 3 games as well as his scoring (2.3 ppg over the last 3 games).
And Fay's playing time and production are also both down significantly this year compared to last year.

shadow -- this is really NOT my argument here....it comes from just about ALL good Saluki fans...

...the single biggest argument the Saluki fans have for the entire Lowery era --is actually just what I said..
that every single decent recruit Lowery ever brought into C-dale gets burned out, becomes less productive, then either quits, leaves, or is run out...
Chris Lowery may well be on the hottest seat in the midwest.....

fay last year averaged 27.3 minutes and 12.0 points a game this year he is at like 24 minutes a game and 10.6 points 3 minutes and 1.5 points dont seem that significant so far. As for Bocot he has played awful in most games i have seen and since seck has taken his place and played better i would agree with him playing over bocot

I disagree, I would deem those numbers for Fay significant.
Fay's scoring is down to 10.1 ppg this season (not 10.6) from 12.0 ppg last season, 1.9 ppg lower on a team that is challenged to score points. And I also think a drop in playing time of more than 3 minutes a game for a senior on a team with little experience, and lacking many big men- Sophomore Gene Teague is the only other returning player who is not a guard. He is playing fewer minutes than he did since he was a freshman.
The SIU fans, who are never too kind to any of their players, would like to see less of Fay-
