First we have to get Jimmy to change He needs to involve and listen to his coach's Let them in the game Take what they have to give, implement it and let them coach We need to make the change to playing two bigs at the same time for the entire game! JP needs to play more We need JP and WE to play together 30 mins a game each. AT and MK need to play, no matter how it hurts until they contribute With Sammy out now, we need to move AW to where he can best help us, the 2 because he is our best 3 point shooter and scorer . He is NOT a 4

Make these changes now in this non-conf play and I think we can this make some noise in the con. and in the tour My Opinion

I agree with most everything you're saying OoB, but I am not sure about playing MK. He just seems like such a defensive liability and really adds nothing to our rebounding. He probably plays smaller than Lemon.

Agreed, but that would take a big draining 3's in the corner (Bucky Cox).

On that note, every year an MVC team with a rough pre-conf. season surprises and competes for the title. As down as I am right now, that is what I am hoping for.

Even without SM our depth and experience still lies on the perimeter, so we should be good there in conference. We need solid play and improvement from JP and AT, but I feel strongly (as before) that our season lies in the hands of Will Egolf. He is perfectly capable (size, athleticism, skill) of being a very good player.

If WE gets his mind right and moves away from the silly mistakes, we can still have a good team. If not, I fear it will be bad.

Don't most of these posts break a couple Cardinal Rules of BradleyFans.com etiquette?

We don't know know more than JL does about how best to coach and game plan the BU Team....and...Real Fans don't call out BU players' liabilities or desire....

If I had a dollar for every post admonishing other posters for suggesting how JL should coach the team or select the line up, it would be better than winning a lottery!

Are you serious? The posts from the armchair coaches suggesting how JL should coach this team outnumber any other kinds of posts 100 to 1.

You're right on here. Most of us had no clue how JL worked to our advantage the last game when we were winning the rebounding battle and WINNING, and then going small to get outrebounded by 20. But somehow he did!
I'm sure that will pay dividends down the road to make this team that much stronger.

I think Fordy Anderson said it best when he said Peoria was a town with 10,000 coaches.
What part of illegal don't you understand?

Never seen the posts that lambast people who suggest JL should do this or that, or, that BU should do this or that?...See AMC...

I was just wondering why some posts offering what JL/BU should do to improve get the copyrighted "you think you know more than JL does" from fellow posters and some posts don't....

What do I have to do with anything? I've barely posted for a week! (at least on real basketball topics, lol)

Sorry AMC, it was a drive by slamming...

Unless I have lost my mind, and that is a distinct possibility, haven't you called me out on ocassion for second guessing the BU head coach's decisions?

Maybe, on rare occasions, but that's not normally my MO. I try to limit that to people saying players should be playing when then not, when, IMO, they couldn't really have a clue...

But watch the Drive-by!!! I've been on my best behavior lately!
