Hello Bradley Fans...
The Braves Cheerleading Squad has been ranked 3rd in Division 1 Cheerleading headed in to the Universal Cheerleading Association's Collegiate Nationals Competition at Walt Disney World this January.
The Braves are seeded behind Moorhead State and the University of Delaware (the two teams that have traded off winning the National Title for the past two decades) but are ranked a couple of spots ahead of conference foe Missouri State.
BU last sent a squad to compete in 1999...that squad finished ninth. We are excited to represent the school, our alumni, fans, the city and the state of Illinois at the highest level of competition for cheerleading.
The University is helping us to fund a portion of the trip, but we still have a ways go to get to Orlando.
With our registration due this weekend...I'm posting tonight to ask for your support...if you have the means and you are so inclined...we would be grateful for a donation of any size.
All donations received will go towards our travel and lodging.
