The Storyline
After opening the season with four straight wins, Bradley will be trying to avoid a three-game losing streak when it plays its first true road game of the season Tuesday at Western Carolina ... Bradley is making its fourth trip to the state of North Carolina and the first since the Braves earned a 98-82 victory at Charlotte Jan. 6, 1988 behind a 49-point performance from Hersey Hawkins.
Feast or Famine
With only Tuesday's game remaining on the November schedule, Bradley has a chance to equal its winningest November in program history -- 5-2 in both 2006-07 and 2007-08 ... Conversely, a third loss would equal the most November losses in program history -- 2-3 in 2000-01, 1-3 in 1997-98.
Looking Ahead
Bradley will return home Saturday to host Utah in the second annual Mountain West-Missouri Valley Challenge Series ... Utah owns a 3-2 lead in the all-time series and dealt the Braves what remains their most-lopsided loss in Carver Arena history in the last meeting, an 83-49 decision Dec. 5, 1992 ... Prior to this season, Bradley had made only three visits to the state of North Carolina, but the Braves will return to the Tar Heel State for a second time in a nine-day period when they visit #1 Duke Dec. 8.
