What do people expect from our post play? When we recruit projects for big men I don't know what people expect. We spend millions of dollars on new buildings to help our recruiting and we get a big project that WIU doesn't even offer and people really think that is ok?

No need to keep taking shots....we all have seen enough the last few days...
do you think we should have gotten in on the Cody Zeller or Greg Oden recruiting battle?

I very much like what I have seen from JP so far this year. Yes he will make freshman mistakes but I think we need for JP to play through those mistakes. JP also had a lot of schools after him!

I agree JP will be fine. I was talking about Nat Wells,Andrew Davis. Everyone knows we need a big man and a shooter next year with our last ride and we take a project I just don't understand it.

I like Jordan Prosser a LOT. I wish he and Will had more help and were put in better positions to succeed. I don't want to get into a philosophical discussion because I am not a basketball expert, but I don't think our offensive scheme is conducive to them being a threat on the offensive end.

We have only had one post player of the last 8 years who commanded a double team. Its no coincedence that the year we had that player we had our best success.
              Can we start winning soon?

JP is the kind of big men we should be getting not projects.

I never said it was easy. But I would even take a Matt Salley type player.

We arent winning if a Matt Salley is your primary option. We need a Bayo, Rabey his senior year, Granger or POB type player. Our guards would have it so much easier with a real big on both ends of the court.

If Harris and Abell are good outside shooters, than I am fine with taking a chance on Wells. I also like the Davis signing.

I want a tuff kid inside I am sick of all the soft play. I would love to have kids you are talking about but I would even settle for a Matt Salley type player.
