this is a very unreasonable conclusion...
It's perfectly reasonable. We know he isn't 100%. Some speculated he may not play and that he may redshirt. Others speculated he would play and continue to play. At no point was anyone getting as specific as spreading truths or falsehoods about personal medical information. People were debating whether or not he was healthy enough to play in the upcoming game and for the rest of the season. Just because you were wrong you're trying to paint it into some HIPAA violation, when in reality it's no different that what's discussed about athletes at all levels all the time.

A football player could take a helmet to the thigh so hard trauma to the bone without a fx can occur.

Take a hammer and strike a piece of steel pipe. That "mark" that is left would be a bone bruise if you will. The pipe didn't break but the area is damaged for sure.

Its really not as complex as it sounds but it can be very painful and aggravating.

I won't speculate on Sammy's as to how or why as I have NO idea.
      OK - good explanation. Thanks.
