FIRE LES ASAPPPPPPPP. I am thoroughly embarrassed to be a Bradley fan right now. We are the laughing stock of the Valley and mid major basketball right now. Absolutely embarrassing.
At the risk of being called someone with an agenda, our 2nd unit should beat EIU.
At the risk of risk of being called someone with an agenda, we should NEVER lose at home to EIU. Regardless of circumstance. Ever.
At the risk of being called someone with an agenda, the last guy got fired because his teams couldn't shoot, couldn't score, and were losing games at home to teams like EIU (I believe it was UT-Arlington in Mo's final year).
At the risk of being called someone with an agenda, this is right in line with the last decade of BU basketball - big wins followed by mind-boggling defeats - the true sign of mediocrity.
If we call out the staff or 'system' we have an agenda, if we call out the players we're bad people because they're just college kids. So I guess I have to ask, who do we hold accountable?

Jason
Really? Please. This loss is embarrassing and things are clearly not right, right now. But we are not the laughing stock of the Valley, nor mid major basketball. We are a middle of the pack mid major and a middle of the pack Valley team in a bad Valley. If you are going to make a point, at least be reasonable.

An agenda...haven't you heard? We all have one
Mine is actually to get a decent coach in here that doesn't like to me and tell me he craps rainbows and sunshine when I know differently!
Heck even the prior coach won a title and I can't and could never stand him! Sadly, he's looking good right about now
The problem I have with calling out a player, is when it is simply NOT deserved...tonight Sam played horrible...and if those that were breaking down AW should be on here asking why Sam is playing...quite frankly Sam is allowed a bad game every once in a while and so is AW...but we need others to step up when that happens...
No problem from me telling it like it is...but there are ways to say things...
Jim Les should be fired tonight. Enough is enough.
Put Jim Platt in charge and see what happens.
Most disastrous loss many years.
Na western Carolina loyola siu last year. I don't like firing a coach in season, but Bradley has become a stale program and the players know it. This season smells ALOT like mo's last year.
Congrats to EIU....they clearly wanted it more than we did and played aggressive ball on both ends and derserved the W'! Tonight we did not deserve to win...played without purpose or heart, bad recipe for disaster.....12/23 asst/ to's says it all!
An in-season firing is an awful, awful suggestion. And not fair to anyone. There are 24 games and a conference tournament left. At that point we'll know what, if anything, needs to happen at the top.

Those 24 games are just delaying the inevitable. This type of play is becoming a definition of a Jim les coached team. His message, his teams effort and the enthusiasm for Bradley basketball has all become dull boring and stale. Unless he has a miracle in his 4 guard offense, early march will end his tenure.

I have already planned to forgo the tournament this year and I LIVE in STL...that's how awful this has become!
I was planning on booking my hotel this weekend and had just started a thread on how much the tickets were gonna be this year I may still go because I am taking my dad (My mom passed away this fall) and he is looking forward to it but I don't want to see us one and done this year
