A win for Missouri St. would be the biggest so far this season for the MVC.

A key game for the Bears to build their resume early in the season.
I thought they'd beat Tulsa last week. Their road woes need to end.

I wouldn't call it the biggest win so far in the MVC, but MSU does beat Pacific 60-49. I don't know how good Pacific will be this year, but still a solid win for MSU.

Wichita St. beats Chaminade 79-58, while SIU is leading Charleston Southern by that same score with 3:29 left. We needed this tonight, and hopefully Wichita St. beats Virginia or Washignton tomorrow in the final consolation game. I don't feel quite as bad for their loss yesterday to UConn as they upset Michigan St. today.

Duke is easily manhandling #4 Kansas St by 16 points with 6 minutes left. The 1st real test of the year and Duke passed it without much of a challenge. I sure hope the slaughterfest at Duke doesn't disrupt this team going forward.

This was a get-well day for the Valley. Wichita has a mandatory game to win tomorrow.

Not worried about Duke too much. If Duke can win a quasi-road game at the #4 team in the country going away, I'm not going to worry about getting slapped around by 30 at Cameron. The team will be fine.
