"I've sat in your chair and the one thing I did was I always worried about saving my job. I don't know if you'll hire me or not, but if you do one thing just worry about doing your job instead of saving it." That's the best advice I've gotten. It was one of the reasons I hired him."

I always thought Mo would have been better off doing something thoelogical. Or at least a social worker.
He was always philosophical, sometimes to a fault.
