B.TV dissapointing yet again

I just bought B.TV thinking it was safe. And sure enough, I have no sound. It's a joke and embarrassing to BU.

I also have no audio. The radio's wbsite feed is behind the video, and if I open another browser and open the audio from bradleybraves.com it's ahead of the video.

Between this and missing a good quarter of the games so far because of replays during fast breaks and the video feed completely shitting out on me the last 3 minutes of each half I'm not happy.

The problem is that the video feed we see isn't designed to be watched like TV broadcast. It's just the direct feed from what's shown on the arena scoreboard. It doesn't matter if they show replays during the action because they assume if you want to see the current action, then you're eyes are on the court, not the scoreboard. They need to develop a seperate feed from what's shown on the scoreboard, but of course that would cost more money.

I had problems with the feed freezing up toward the end of the first half yesterday, though. Ended up watching the espn feed of the second half.

That is a joke AMC, I think a bunch of us said the audio didn't work, I know mine didn't for a while. They shouldn't accuse you of the wrong doing, they should address the issue! That is not very classy, in business the customer is always right. They shouldn't have responded that way.

Ya me too, except I stayed with it and it froze on one of the last possessions! I got it back on, but I missed NIU's attempt. The quality is better this year for sure, and the first game went very well, but since then there have been some technical problems that are frustrating.

The replays are very annoying, and happen too often even if your at the game. Geez I don't want to replay every point we score!

I feel ya. Sitting in Schaumburg. Last night was pretty good and I enjoyed the game. Tonight is flat out awful.

The quicker/more replays may be a feature of the new scoreboard controls. While it's annoying on B.tv, it's rather nice to see a replay immediately after a big play happens while at the game. Before, the replay wouldn't come until minutes later and half the time you missed it.
