Wow, some of my best work ELIMINATED...

      Gone into the Internet ether!

Oh well, didn't want BradleyJD's feelings hurt by AMC....

On another topic, a good win by the Braves tonight.

Good win being defined as: Any Kind of Win...

Hopefully more progression will be seen by BU in their next game as they continue to learn how to play 'bigger'!

Saw the game on TV, again, WHERE WERE THE STUDENTS!?!?!?!?!
... At the end, of the storm, there's a golden sky. And the sweet silver song of the lark. Walk on, through the wind, walk on, through the rain, though your dreams be tossed, and blown. Walk on, Walk on with hope in your hearts, and you'll never walk alone!
I'm behind you 100% Bradley Braves, You'll Never Walk Alone! BEAT STATE!

Yeah, the Red Sea area looked filled, but the rest of the student section was sparse to say the least! Gotta do better than this. We need the crowd to will this team on.

So Les stated on the postgame show that Egolf was held out as a disciplinary measure for not doing what Les was trying to get him to do, or something like that. Hey, whatever motivates a player to play better! He definitely played well in the second half.

Isn't Tuesday night, "Chapter Night" for the greeks? Could explain why they were not there.

The students did a good job --
and I heard no official word on WE but suspect he was late for a practice since he did not play in the 1st half but was a ton in the 2nd half and helped us win the game.
Sammy was big as always -- as were AW and JP at times..

                  Hello all,

Rumor around the Civic Center was Will was late for/missed a practice. That is why he was held out of the first half.

It's JL's fault! Same old, same old! When is he going to whip this team into shape! These off the court issues are all his fault!

Yeah.....I wish we had a coach that let players miss practices or just show up whenever.
???People say, ???Forget last year', but I want our guys to remember that one, because that will not happen again. We will be much better.??? Geno Ford, 9/22/12

No you cannot show up late but this has happened way too much since he took over the program and just maybe he is not tough enough from the start and players try and get away with things because of him, he is suppose to be their mentor and not their friend which I believe to be some of the problems.

What's the Greek percentage at Bradley?

I strongly believe it's more that JL holds his players to a high standard, and doesn't let small things slip by. That's not losing control that's having complete control. I missed a soccer practice freshman year of high school, and I sat out the first half of the next game. It was nothing on the coach it was me breaking the rules he set and paying the price. These players are young adults JL can't make the decisions for them.

I think around 40% It's not chapter only two greek houses regularly attend. Like FWO said everyone has tests and final projects and papers coming up. I think friday showed that if students have time they'll show, but during the week especially it's just hard to find time.
